Based on the dimensions of the Schüco LivIng system, the innovative lift-and-slide system from Schüco, LivIngSlide, is designed with a basic structural depth of 82 mm for the window frame. This compatibility of the system facilitates the use of a large number of accessory profiles, such as glass strips and other glass accessories. The uniform system dimensions ensure easy and flexible planning and design according to the interface situation. The significant reduction in the number of parts can reduce expenditure and inventory capacity.

From a design perspective, this new lift-and-slide system also brings many advantages, such as the design of the steel reinforcement in the window frame as a closed rectangular cross-section tube. This significantly increases the structural stability and allows the main component construction plus window frame to weigh up to 400 kg.

Special advantages of the Schüco LivIngSlide lift-and-slide system: Manufacturer-rolled and weldable EPDM glass seal in the window frame. The soft inner side is guaranteed even after welding, so that this area provides optimal sealing. In addition, there are several ring seals between the sash and the outer frame, which reliably reduce stretching and condensation. To prevent the carriage from tilting, the carriage bracket can be used for safe centering and reinforcement.
